About Us

Amanda Constance has worked with schools in both the independent and state sectors, leading UK brands, literary and poetry charities and successful authors.

She has interviewed many of the country’s most illustrious Heads, spent numerous days in a wide range of schools immersed in their innermost workings and understanding their specific cultures. She knows what works and what doesn’t when it comes to telling your school’s story.

Amanda founded and edited Absolutely Education, and its international offshoot British Education.  A magazine about independent education that punches above its weight, Absolutely Education is held in high regard by schools and parents alike for its editorial integrity, high production values and sector insight.

Amanda was Head of Media at the Girls’ Day School Trust and Director of Communications at Dukes Education. She is a Trustee at Thomas’s Foundation, overseeing marketing, communications and fundraising. She has a vast network of contacts in the local, education and national media, the journalistic nose for what makes a story and the writing skills to ensure your message powerfully engages with your key audiences.

Amanda will work with you to identify your school’s messaging, develop your vision into stories for the media, raise your school’s profile, and enhance its reputation.
